Championing Talent Statement
TowerBrook is committed to supporting a diverse and inclusive workforce that embodies integrity, teamwork and respect for others and encourages new ideas and perspectives.
We believe that diverse and inclusive teams make better decisions, and better decisions lead to better businesses. TowerBrook’s support for diversity and equal opportunity is integral to our culture and at the core of our identity as a firm. Our commitment to equality of opportunity is reflected in our Responsible Ownership Statement and our Purpose and Mission Statements.
We have formed a Committee comprised of senior professionals from across the firm to lead the development and assessment of our initiatives related to attracting and supporting talent. We seek to recruit exceptional talent from a diverse pool of candidates, and ensure that we are supporting, mentoring, developing and retaining highly talented people over the long term. We seek to build diverse Boards and management teams in the companies we control. We have implemented anti-harassment, equal opportunity employment, equitable remuneration, and whistleblowing and complaints policies and procedures, and we encourage our portfolio companies to do the same.
As a firm, we are also committed to fostering a work environment and career progression path that is supportive to primary and secondary caregivers, as reflected in our parental leave policy.
We continue to develop metrics to help us track the progress of our firm and our portfolio companies in promoting a diverse and inclusive working environment. We keep our policies and initiatives, and our evaluation of their effectiveness, under constant review.

We do not discriminate based upon race, religion, color, national origin, gender (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, status as a protected veteran, status as an individual with a disability, or other applicable legally protected characteristics.
