Braas Monier

During the period of TowerBrook Fund III’s investment, Braas Monier (then Monier Group), formerly the roofing division of Lafarge Group, was a global roofing company, with over 80 operational business units in 35 countries. The business provided “intelligent roofing solutions”, chimney, energy and ventilation systems, roof tiles and roofing components. In 2014, Braas Monier completed an IPO on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. TowerBrook exited its investment in Braas Monier in 2016.
