Eircom
During the period of TowerBrook Fund I’s investment, eircom plc was an Irish telecommunications company, providing a wide range of advanced voice, data and internet services. The company was a player in the wholesale market, providing access to domestic and international fixed-line networks to other network operators and service providers. In March 2004 eircom completed an IPO on the London Stock Exchange, and in 2004 TowerBrook exited its position in the company.
