GSE
During the period of TowerBrook Fund II’s investment, GSE, headquartered in France, was a provider of complex, turnkey facilities for large logistics, distribution and industrial companies, primarily in Western Europe. GSE simplified the process of expanding and building new facilities for its customers by taking full ownership of the project from conception to delivery, with a fixed price and a project deadline. Its activities encompassed real estate consulting, engineering, project management and aftersales services. TowerBrook exited its investment in GSE in 2019 via a sale of the company to Goldbeck GmbH.
