During the period of TowerBrook PE Fund III’s investment, Kaporal designed, manufactured and distributed clothing and accessories. From its origins as a Marseilles-based denim supplier, Kaporal developed into a French apparel brand with strong positions in both men’s and women’s apparel markets. Kaporal distributed its products through multiple channels, including wholesale, online and retail.
