Pack2Pack
During the period of TowerBrook Fund II’s investment, Pack2Pack Coöperatief U.A. was a European business focused on the collection, reconditioning, recycling and distribution of steel drums and other fixed industrial packaging products. The company operated 12 sites, manufacturing small packaging containers from tinplate and offering a wide range of services to its customers, allowing for complete pan-European management of the recollection, reconditioning and distribution business. TowerBrook exited its investment in Pack2Pack in 2011 via a sale of the company to Greif, Inc., a publicly-traded, U.S.-based industrial packaging business.
