RLX Technologies
During the period of TowerBrook Fund I’s investment, RLX Technologies, Inc. was a manufacturer of blade-based servers and a provider of management software to original equipment manufacturers. The company’s offering included software designed to automate and simplify labour-intensive tasks and an integrated suite of products focused on increasing data center responsiveness. TowerBrook exited its investment in RLX in 2005 via a sale of the company to Hewlett Packard.
