During the period of TowerBrook’s PE Fund IV investment, The Learning Network (TLN) was a provider of value-added content and services to schools and higher education institutions in the Netherlands. The company sells, leases and distributes educational materials (both physical books and digital content) to hundreds of educational institutions and over one million students in the Benelux region.
