During the time of TowerBrook Fund III’s investment, Vistage was one of the world’s largest for-profit membership organisations for CEOs. The company provided subscription-based leadership development and business advice to over 21,000 members, principally CEOs and senior executives. Vistage offered a professionally-facilitated, peer-advisory process that included coaching, mentoring, speaking events, and access to proprietary research and to its member network. TowerBrook exited its investment in 2018 via a sale of Vistage to Providence Equity Partners.
