Volution

During the period of TowerBrook Fund III’s investment, Volution Group Limited was a vertically integrated business engaged in the design, component manufacture, assembly, marketing and distribution of ventilation products. The company aimed to enhance customers’ experience of ventilation by providing well-designed, easy-to-use products that reduced energy consumption and improved air quality. Volution had a number of core brands in the UK ventilation sector and manufactured motors, fans and blowers to OEMs of heating and ventilation products for residential and commercial applications worldwide. In June 2014 Volution completed an IPO on the London Stock Exchange. TowerBrook exited its investment in 2016 via a final sale of its shareholding in Volution.
