Wilton
During the period of TowerBrook Fund III’s investment, Wilton Brands was a distributor of craft and celebration products in the US. The business comprised a number of creative consumer products companies, whose diversified product portfolio included baking, cake decorating, candy and cookie making, party and seasonal products, together with scrapbooking, card-making, needlecraft, paint-by-numbers and rubber stamping products, sold through several established consumer brands. TowerBrook exited its investment in Wilton in 2018 via a sale of the company to Dr. Oetker, a privately-owned global food and beverage business.
