Richard Hayden

Senior Advisor

Mr. Hayden is Co-Chair of the TowerBrook Senior Advisory Board and Senior Advisor to TowerBrook.

Mr. Hayden is also a member of  the Investment and Finance Committee of the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation. Previously, Mr. Hayden was Chair of Hayfin Capital Management, a former TowerBrook portfolio company. He was also Chair of Riverstone Energy Limited, a non-Executive Director of CQS Capital Management, non‐Executive Director of Deutsche Börse, Non-Executive Director of Abbey National Bank, LLC, and Vice Chair of GSC Group where he had responsibility for the European Mezzanine Funds and the Global CLO business. Prior to that, he was Deputy Chair of Goldman Sachs International, where he was head of investment banking for EMEA and Chair of the Global Credit Committee for several years.
